Inspire Academy is the Mathematics, Science & Accounting tutoring entity of IFG Africa. The Academy was established to assist the Eastern Cape government in improving pass rates for higher learning institution gateway subjects. The Academy runs on a “self-sustainable” operating model. To ensure sustainability, learners pay a small fee that goes towards operations and subsidy to our “village-education-improvement” programme. The Academy is operated by highly qualified and experienced teachers and tutors. Inspire is also assisted by University student volunteers during Summer & Winter vacations. Inspire teachers and tutors share more than 50 years of teaching experience amongst each other. The team also share prestigious international and local awards in their individual capacities.

Inspire Academy operates from 2 main centers:

1. Rudolf Ginsberg, Kaffrarein Heights, King Williams Town
2. 25 Rharhabe Road, Bisho Central, Bisho

Our learning centers are well equipped to accommodate intimate classes that allow each student to get special attention and required subject resources.

In its initial stages, IFG Africa aimed to solve the above problems; however with time and more research, the foundation identified other areas of impact. From 2014 the foundation established four main focus streams – Inspire Academy, Inspire School Support, Inspire Personal Development and Inspire Career Awareness - to tackle various educational challenges independently.
